My experience was wonderful They were very fair and I feel like I got a great deal. My salesman Robbie is a great guy. The thing I liked the most was that there was no pressure and everybody was friendly and respectful to me. I will definitely purchase from Big M again. They are great people

I realize customers can be aggravating because people are people. If you can be a car salesmen without being the typical car salesmen where the sale is the focus and not the customer, flip that and you have gold. I felt Rob was very good. we connected well. From the top down, other salesmen, the service guys, everyone was great even after purchasing the vehicle.
Travis and Jon at Big M are by far the best at what they do! We were placed in a 2019 Charger and a 2017 Passat in the same day, no hassle and fair prices! I have shopped at Big M since 2011 and I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks, guys!

Just traded a ram ecodiesel for 2019 ram 4x4. Ride is so different, than the 2016 model I had. Walked in and spoke with Ryan, about my needs and he and Travis worked over numbers to show the best deal for me and my family on this truck. I walked away feeling I got a great deal, and like I will have no worries going back again for service or if I ever need to purchase a vehicle again.

They sell wrecked cars and don’t tell you and will not cover your warranty! Stay away from this lot!!
