I first started coming there to get my eco-diesel serviced. And then I decided to buy a new 1500 ram truck. Ryan the sales person did an outstanding job delivering a truck for my needs. The overall time it took me to decide sign papers and walk out the door was about 20 minutes how can you beat that. The service department was outstanding my service writer Clay was always there to take care of all my needs and Theresa introduced me to Ryan she helped immensely with hooking me up with the right sales person.
I leased a Jeep Cherokee from Big M, my salesperson was Jon Miller, very helpfully, he explains all the updates on the new jeeps.. I will recommend Big M to all my family and friends. Thanks
