Easy buying experience with the helpful staff. I'm enjoying my new Ram, thank you all again.
The buying experience was great, service may be the worst I have experienced. Several trips for oil changes pre paid for to be told it will be a three hour wait. I live an hour away. Also couldn’t help notice the techs standing in the shop with empty lifts. Very poor service and the service manager still hasn’t returned my call

An uninsured customer ran into my vehicle on a test drive. Managing Partner Stephen Montgomery and GM Becky Carr refused to do the right thing and repair my vehicle. Good thing the people who insure them have higher moral standards than they do.
