Excellent customer service! Responded to my phone call very promptly and was at the house the same day, had the part ordered and an estimated day and time when he would be back to fix it and now the washer is working great! I would definitely highly recommend him. he is very nice and professional!!! Thank you Larry !

Just moved to Normal from Indiana and had washer issues! Read some good reviews on Big Lar’s and decided to give him a call! I am so glad I did! He was very thorough not to mention kind and had great customer service skills! I was up and running again quickly!
Fabulous!!!!!!!!!!! Prompt, courteous, and fixed my dryer! Couldn’t ask for anything more.
Our Samsung washer randomly stopped draining so called Larry to check it out. He retried a small sock stuck in the drain pump, removed it and reconnected everything , tested it and it worked! Will be calling on them again for future appliance repairs, so that goes without saying I highly recommend them as well.
