Larry is The Man. He came when he said he would. (It's so simple, but don't you wish everyone did this?!?!). He hooked us up without selling us parts we didn't need. And he directed us to the internet parts sellers we could trust not to gouge us. Larry's labor rate is reasonable; I would recommend!

Huge shout out to Larry at Big Lar's! If you need an appliance repaired, estimated or a gently used replacement he's the man! Super professional, very responsive to questions, super fair pricing! I called when my washer started leaking water onto the floor... he diagnosed the problem, explained unfortunately in my case the rare issue was more costly to fix than it was worth. We were to accept delivery of a new Whirlpool dryer tomorrow when Larry was recommended to us. He met us at his storage building where we selected a like-new dryer. He provided AMAZING service by delivering it and installing it right away. So friendly and knowledgeable! Will absolutely shop from him again and call him first for repairs. Thank you so much, Larry!
