We had Larry our to check on our washer that had been acting up for awhile. He was really excellent in assisting us with the best approach, whether to repair or replace. I really appreciated the honest feedback he gave us as well as guiding us into the best new washer purchase. Larry was a really great guy to deal with and we will definitely be using him for any and all future appliance needs! Thanks man!! 👊
✴✴✴✴✴ I bought a fridge with water and ice on the outside a few years ago from Dick Van dyke appliance ...the water line has never worked or the ice ..when.i called dicks they told me since I didnt have them.install it ..the warranty was null and void ....grrr...so I went years without the water or ice machine which is why I bought the darn thing ....anyhooooo...... just wanted to let you all know that I messaged this company...Larry answered right away and even offered to come see it on the weekend ....he was prompt..courte... read more
I cannot say enough nice things about this gentleman. He has excellent customer service, very reasonable prices (and he will search for the lowest prices on any parts needed for your repair), and is on time for appointments.
