very prompt, very professional, clear communication. Very honest with me. The cost of the repair exceeded the cost of the washer and I appreciated him being honest and letting me know I needed a new washer. Would recommend and will definitely call again.
Our dryer stopped tumbling yesterday, causing a wet load to be sitting in both the washer and dryer. Larry was going to stop by Wednesday but when he knew we had clothes that might get ruined by then, he squeezed us in this morning. He was on-time, knowledgeable, fast and charged a fair price. We would gladly call him again!

Larry came to my home in Bloomington to repair my dryer. Starting with the initial phone call the service was great! He was clear with price expectations over the phone, shared worst case scenarios he could anticipate through the consultation, and I was able to get on his schedule within the week. What a totally great guy!! I live in Pontiac and called Larry to service my refrigerator. He told me he did not come to Pontiac but gave me some great advice on what could be wrong with the refrigerator and I may be able to fix it myself. He even took the time to tell me what I can cheaply order off Amazon to aid in the fix. I REALLY APPRECIATE IT LARRY.
He is very nice, on time, and efficient. I highly recommend him with 5 stars
