I've been to Big Lake Automotive 4 times with two cars. Each time was exemplary. These guys are thorough, knowledgeable, FAST, honest, and extremely fair priced. Plus they're great guys. I would recommend them to anybody. You won't be disappointed bringing your vehicles here.
We have a couple of older cars so have been in a few times. The work to be done was carefully explained then executed in a timely fashion at an affordable price. Rounded the head on my oil plug so no one else would touch it to do my oil change in future.Went back there, they gave me a new drain plug, but charged me full price on oil change even though my account had a free oil change on it from previous work. Had them diagnose "check engine light". They said it needed a new EGR, so had them do that .... 2 weeks later I had the same problem and had to have it done elsewhere as I wasn't near home at the time. We brought our Ice Castle and a boat trailer in for tire service. The work was done quickly and they charged us less than the estimate for the boat trailer. We will trust them with our vehicles in the future.
I took my car in there a few months back to get a tire changed . I was charged $18 more then what I was quoted and also told it will take a half hr and I was sitting there for just over and hr and half .
Efficient, friendly, communicative! They answer every scrutinizing question I have. Thanks for the service!
