amazing customer service... on our way through town, hours from home & our destination , we had unexpected vehicle problems. after being turned away from another service station, we called & were helped right away, even though it was a Friday close to closing time, what was even better was the honesty of being told that we didn't need to replace the parts we thought, & the repair was less expensive than expected!! thank you so much!!!!

Just had brake lines replaced in my 1998 GMC Yukon. Got it scheduled and despite an unforseen problem (was expecting only one line needed replacing; both were bad) Bob and the boys had it ready sooner than I expected. Also, since I am alone, I really appreciate being picked up at home and taken to your location to pick up the vehicle! I really appreciate Big Lake Auto !!
