RecommendedI do most of my own work, but when I need something special done I go to Big Lake Automotive. I've had other local shops mess up and overcharge for simple tasks, These guys get it done right the first time, in a timely fashion, and for a fair price.
Never had a bad experience there. Bob is great at talking with you about your vehicle’s needs. I only bring my car here now! Always great service and they do a great job
I was quoted over $100 to replace my belts because they were squealing. So I thought that was pretty fair so when they got the car they came back and said you don’t need new belts we just had to tighten them. They only charge me $20. Talk about incredibly honest! These people will have my business for a lifetime! 😃

Needed new front brakes and used the app and got an appt for the time I asked for. They checked front and back and agreed I only needed front. Changed them in no time and the next day I swung in again to have them torque the lug nuts again to be safe and Bruce grabbed his torque wrench and came out and did it himself and I was on my way! Thanks!

First time using Big Lake Automotive for an oil leak. I had been using another local Auto repair in Big Lake but decided it was time to try another after being dissatisfied with the previous shop. The oil leak was caused by the other shop not tightening the oil filter properly. Bob was most helpful and wouldn’t take anything monetarily for ‘fixing” my problem.
