I can't say enough about how caring and gentle the staff are here. They always tell me ahead of time what to expect, and when they said my broken filling would be fixed with no numbing needed, I could not believe it could happen. But within 30 minutes my old broken filling was gone and new one put in, with NO needles or medications. Dr. Nichols is always conservative in his treatments and very gentle. Big Horn dental provided my family fantastic care. From the front office staff to the Dentist and everyone in between! They were caring, compassionate and listened to our concerns, explained everything in detail and made sure to follow up with me to make to see how we were doing. I can't rave enough about them!!
