We had a wonderful experience at Big E's Sports Grill in Midland MI. It was our first time there, on a whim we decided to stop. The food was excellent along with our service. We will definitely be going back. Thanks for making our visit very pleasant.
Flies are horrid in there today, don't bother going until they get it under control. It was ridiculous, flies were all over us and food. Called manager, he apologized but doesn't help they have a big problem.
Food was amazing we had Taylor for a waitress she was great made sure we were taken care of and made you feel special on your Birthday!!!
2 hrs for a table of 9,with two of the 9 under 5 yrs old, in a less then full restaurant. First tried to cram all 8 onto 2 - 3 foot square tables, then switched us to one square and one round table. Our waitress was sweet but a little old and very slow. Didnt know the drink menu at all. Not a complicated food order- two pizzas, 1 prime rib and 1 sandwich. Two appitizers had to be sent back because they were cold. Not a good experience and who builds a restaurant next to a pool area with a connecting door.
Food and service is awesome, however due to it being sooo busy it is also very loud there.
Worse service and our food was horrible!!! Wouldn't recommend to anyone
We will not be returning. It is not my fault that your staff put in my take out order wrong, but was able to read back the order correctly. Don't place blame on the customer when it was not my fault and expect me to know who put the order in the computer. Your customer service was horrible as you say with an attitude I guess I can make you a new one, I live 15+ minutes away one way. You could have offered a free meal next time or sent a gift certificate. The customer should not pay for your staffs mistakes.
Bloody Mary Bar on Sunday from 11:00 - 3:00 is Awesome!
Have enjoyed the food and atmosphere on each visit. Really enjoying the musical entertainment tonight, too.
