I had a surprise party for my husband here tonight. Everyone was very helpful & friendly. The manager was able to make a reservation for me for 25ish people with less than 24° notice.
The excellent buffet lunch provided to veterans today demonstrate the kind of place Big E's is. The staff, especially the bartenders, are engaging and friendly, the food is good quality and it's just a great place to hang out. Thank you for supporting our veteran community.

5 of us came in for dinner with a new born. The server put us at a table in the back where it was somewhat quiet for the baby. Didn't even ask her to do that. Our server was great!! I'm a server myself. No issues at all. Very polite. We had a variety of things to eat and all the food was very good.
Great pizza and breadsticks, don't care much for their burgers. I've been there a few times but the service yesterday was terrible! Had to find my waitress for a refill, the food was delivered by another server and our waitress never bothered to check in with us after it came I had to find her to get us ranch and napkins and she never even bothered to ask how our meal was.
