I used to respect the dipper, but after the lack of customer service I experienced today I will never spend another penny there. When I got home to find my order was missing a burger I drove all the way back and expected they would refund money and give me the burger, or at least throw in a drink and tater tots for my trouble. Have been going to the Dipper since I was young, many moons ago. Try to go whenever come back to town, always try to stop by. Family that has the Dipper have been friends for years. Still best hamburgers, cheeseburgers and shakes in town.

Best little place to eat. Totally worth the wait in the drive up. Their ice cream is the best.
