extremely disappointed in their service lately. everytime I go it's been getting worse. slower times and less quality in the food. time to cut them out. not worth it anymore.

its hit and miss at the Big Dipper sometimes it's exceptional and sometimes mediocre, placed aan order today and the food wasn't fresh, very disappointing
