Service a little slow but they got bomb ass bbq and cold beer!!
What happened to this place? Ordered two brisket plates and both came out with two tiny little strips of lukewarm old brisket. They were dry, flavorless and small. Told the waitress and she gave some bullshit excuse. The side of beans were flavorless also. This was the third time getting shitty food. The place used to be better.

Went to a luncheon catered by big daddy's. The lady that brought the food cut up the ribs bare hand with out gloves on. Totally grossed me out. This is the second bad experience I have had with big daddy's. I will not ever eat there food again!
Big daddy's has the best southern food in Fairbanks, and the best customer service too. I love it here!
When Ryan And I went there it was beyond bad. Ryan being from the Deep South expected great bbq and it was anything but. The coleslaw was literally spoiled as in not fit for human consumption. The meat was jerky. Nothing was in any way edible and so after a bill for over $30.00 for lunch he and I walked out leaving our plates still holding food
Excellent food and service get the pig out platter
We waited 40 minutes for our food to come and it was lukewarm. Disappointed.
This is a nice comfortable restaurant, with great employees and owners! Only 2nd time here and wait staff remember what I liked last time!
