It was ok, did not get what I ordered. Friendly staff. Just ok
Waited to be seated. 1 waitress said she will be with us. Bartender said the same 5 minutes later. A couple walked in 10 minutes later. Waitress took them ignoring us . Very poor customer service and to think we came here cause of food network recommendation.

Very popular place, so be prepared to wait for a seat! Even though our waitress was very busy (obviously short staffed that day) she was very attentive! Our food was about average, far below the expectations considering the recommendations! The brisket was very dry (the pores were closed as if it was cooked previously, refrigerated and then re-heated! The smoked sausage had no smoke flavor and tasted like hotdog or bologna, not the flavorful sausage expected from a dedicated BBQ restaurant!

We are striving the have the best service in the state and for the food that should never happen. Please let me know so I can find the weak links and get this fixed. Thank you for the honest review.
We waited a hour for our food. Then when we got our food it was not what we ordered and we did not get the fries we ordered. The waitress ignored us and we had to almost yell to get there attention, they said they would take off the meal from the bill they did not, until we brought it up to them. The only plesent part was the food was semi good. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They were extremely rude!

Great service. The server was awesome. Food had great taste. Didn't love the texture of the baby back ribs. Seemed a bit tougher than they should be.
The waitress was awesome and the food was great! We had the ribs, it was pricy but really good!! It's one of our favorite BBQ places in Fairbanks.
Best BBQ in Fairbanks. I love their pulled pork sandwhich and the butter and garlic deep fried corn on the cob is delicious!
