I had the brisket sandwhich and cream of corn. The food was good. Even the picky grandchildren ate everything ( mac and cheese, corn dog with fries). The waitress was very attentive. Great family time.
I went for lunch and sat at the bar. Good service. Good food and plenty of it.
The food tasted good, good sized portions for the prices, seated right away during Friday dinner rush. Comparable to any similar BBQ restaurant in the south. Wait staff was a bit lacking, had to ask/remind the waitress about missing parts of our order.

Visiting Fairbanks, Alaska were at Big Daddy's for supper. The food was great and our waitress was nice.
Overall meal experience was a big disappointment from the $9 Onion rings to the ribs and BBQ chicken. I'm generally NOT picky about BBQ. But, I rank Big Daddy's BBQ inferior to the mass produced BBQ restaurants in the lower 48. If you like onion rings stop at BK and order the large rings. The taste, portion size and co$t will be significantly better. The only up side was the wait staff. They are very nice and prompt.
The crew at Big Daddy's did a great job with service and the food was fantastic!
Food we're great tasting and we were warned it's gonna take 30-45 minutes wait. I was not hungry anymore by the time the food came.
I was in the Fairbanks area at the end of a cruise. I was walking around town looking for somewhere to have lunch. The food was good but not great. My wife had a pulled pork sandwich and I had the brisket. The pulled pork sandwich lacked one ingredient: coleslaw which is a staple ingredient on this sandwich.
