Last dinner with my friends about 10 people, called a few days in advance. Food took over a hour. Was told by our waiter they only had 1 cook who knew what he was doing. Everyone's fries were cold, 1 person threw up their pork at the restaurant. They were out of brisket. And to top it all off my husbands burger came much later then the rest of the food. Great Food, even better people. Always awesome service.
It is good enough to eat when I am in Fairbanks but I would not make a special trip to Fairbanks just for the food. I would actually give it a 3.5 but that was not an option.
Was a little rushed as I was looking to relax. Food was excellent! BBQ beans were out of this world!
My wife an I stumbled across Big Daddy's BBQ , its the best BBQ ive ever had! Had the Cowboy Sundea, to die for!! Great service, waitress was very helpful an funny!! Try this place its the best!! Will be back soon!

I like big daddy’s and they got pretty good bbq and my smoked prime burger is my favorite and good place to bring Family and Friends and the waitstaff are pretty good also! I also recommend the pig out platter and cowboy sundae!
Visiting from Va for two nights. Amazing food for amazing prices and our waitress was super sweet and helpful.
Having lived in the south for many years I have been experienced good southern BBQ. This was not. The food was a tremendous disappointment. Ribs, chicken, brisket was murdered on the BBQ. The beans were good and the service was friendly but the food a huge let down. We will not return.
