Worst service I have ever had. Out of 4 of us two of us never got our food as waitress took wrong order and even after reordering we still waited so long we finally told them to forget it. Manager said she would take it off our bill....good thing since we never got to eat it. Recommended by our hotel which we told them they should rethink before sending unsuspecting tourist there. The owner should think about hiring new manager and new staff.

Initially your order was inputed wrong by a new server, and when she told the kitchen she got the wrong order, she didn't give them the correct order and the same order came out again. Confusing for our kitchen and I apologize. My manager did the right thing and removed the items that you did not recieve. BOOOO! Way overpriced! Second bad experience and will not go back again. Ordered a pound of brisket to go for $19 and it looked like maybe enough to fill one hoagie! Mentioned to the manager after seeing it that it looked like a puny amount of fatty meat for the price, but she refused to refund it. Once I removed all the fat and the hard, over-cooked black parts, it was only half what I started with! Very disappointing. We even used our own sauce since both kinds they gave us were too spicy. Sorry to hear about your experience, the manager should have made sure that you got what you paid for. They should have weighed it for you to verify you recieved the correct amount. There should be a 1/4" of fat cap on the brisket, if you like it more lean you can ask for it that way. As for the price, beef prices are going thru the roof. We have won many awards with our brisket locally as well as abroad. We hope you will see your way in coming back, Big Daddy
The worst place I've been to since I've been in Fairbanks the Denny's had better service. But anyways it took over 20mins just to get our drink and orders placed. Waited another 45 mins and our food never came and ended up just leaving, I thought bbq was made before hand so it shouldn't take over an hour to plop so fucking food in a plate and call it good. I will never recommend this place and Guy fieri is a lying sack of shit

Good smokey barbecue! I love this place and will come here whenever I am in town.
We stopped there twice. Wonderful!! The beef brisket were very tasty and it was so nice to get a glass of good Alaskan Beer. Everyone was friendly and more than excellent service.
