Delivery to Valdez! But no sauce :-/ but the brisket is great!
Good food, quick friendly service and a funky ambiance. Totally worth coming to Fairbanks in the winter for some good bbq.
Ribs were dry Customer service even dryer, Collard Greens - the South would be embarrassed, I won't even comment on the potato salad or mac n cheese All round disappointment, sad part I was so looking forward to dining here. Best part - the water was good. Which brought it from 1 ☆ to a 2 ☆☆

Terresa J. Pas I am so sorry you had such a bad experience. As of Oct 1st we are under new ownership. If you are willing to give us another shot I will pay the bill if its not up to par! I pride myself in my BBQ and I dont think you will be disappointed. I am going through all the old reviews and trying to fix wrongs. Thanks for your time. Jeff

I visited the restaurant on yesterday and although I had read some great reviews my food wasn't good at all. My chicken was very dry and my ribs were so tough I couldn't even cut through them. The waitress seemed ok until I get a receipt with a table section named"Da Hood 12". Really, is this the type of stuff this restaurant does. I was appalled. When I inquired about he table name, I got a nervous answer of "Oh we name all of our tables silly names." That was interesting to me until I saw until receipt with a regular table... read more

Ms Dunn, I would gladly meet with you and show you exactly how our system works. The only issue is bad judgement by a former manager that named the sections. We renamed all the sections to numerical numbers. I would like to show you that there is no way a waitress can add anything to any ticket other than placing an order. I'm proud to be from Chicago and display alot of Chicago items on da walls. The only thing I hate about Chicago is the traffic. I hope you will accept my invite to discuss this further.
