Had no idea I was able to buy a vehicle, just looked around and Carlos came out and talked to me. He and Matt did everything possible to make my monthly payments where I need them to be and around the amount I was wanting to spend . Carlos and Matt both have a friendly professional personality. I wanted an suv but they helped me decide a car was a better fit. I ended up buying a Buick Lucerne from them a week ago. I love my new car and couldn't be anymore happier with the service they provided.
I just purchased a truck at their Norfolk store this afternoon and I am completely satisfied. The salesman Scott Sawyer was more than helpful. Even after a little hemin & hawin on my part he put me in a truck that was not only affordable but looks and drives great. Again; complete satisfaction. Thanx Scott and Big Country Auto.
My daughter and I purchased a cobalt in May. Tim Fernau guaranteed it to get 30+ mpg. We drove out to Laramie, Wy. and it went over 38 mpg. Very satisfied with the deal. Tim is Great to work with. More taco salad for you!!. Now we are back looking for something different for my mother. I'm sure we will be just as pleased. Keep up the good work.
We have now purchased two pickups from Big Country and couldn't be happier with the service we got! We were given everything we wanted and made sure we walked out happy! Tim Fernau and Bryant did a tremendous job on making our experience here worth every penny! We will definitely be going back here again if we ever need another vehicle!
