Sean lied to sell me a pickup. said the motor was rebuilt but was not which caused me so many problems and still is to this day. he did not hold his word and sold me something that wasn't true. he said they fixed it the multiple times I took it there but never did, it still does not run to this day. they are not a dealership that can be trusted. will be reporting to the better business bureau. also have witnesses and one is his ex manager that just recently quit due to Sean. if anyone has anything to say or any questions ple... read more

Sean Morrissey is probably one of the best managers that I've been able to work with. unfortunately my position there did not last as long as I wanted it to, but during the time I was able to build a relationship with the co-workers and with Sean. Sean does what he can to make sure that you get in a reliable vehicle that's affordable and will take care of you and your family. I was very honored to work for him.

Opted out of emails 4 times only to continue to be bombarded with dealership garbage. Then when I finally went off on them the sales girl Memorie Christansen then got ignorant attacked my financial standing made comments about not being able to afford groceries or rent and or it being to expensive for me to buy a plane ticket and come buy a car. Service dept has a Man-atude! Women are butches or on the rag. Need to train your service dept to treat everyone with our an attitude.

the first time I sent to big country over a year ago I didn't really like how the guy that helped us get a vehicle and they just recently helped me with what that guy did (who no longer works there) very satisfied with the customer service and would go back there.

They messed up are paperwork on multiple occasions didn’t include things that they said where included in are loan and just very terrible about giving out information had to call multiple times to get questions answered cause they would never call back. Just overall cause us more trouble and headache then any good would avoid at all cost

Was skeptical about driving all the way to Madison from Lincoln to just look at a truck, definitely no regrets. Working with Shay and Chad, they got me in a better truck than I went up to look at. Would highly recommend and will definitely keep them at the top of my list for any vehicles in the future.
