Brought truck in for a oil change for the first time. Manager made sure I received the correct amount of oil and the correct weight for my truck. Also quoted me new tires which I found was the best price I could find. I will be ordering them soon. Thanks everyone!
Well i bought a pickup . We did have a couple disagreements but ending up signing papers anyways. Because i liked the truck. Told them i wasnt happy about acouple things and they did fix the problem. Alittle miss communication from the couple days of the buying the pickup. i am ok with the efforts of trying to make it right .my salesman trevor did his part . Will give them another call when i need a upgrade. And tell people to give them a try
A true lack of professionalism and forthright dealing. Ford should be ashamed to have you as a steward of their Brand. Be forewarned and take your money elsewhere. @Ford
I came into big country auto looking for a car witch I don’t know much about and Mitch wells was my salesman and got me set up with a really nice car.
I will never trust these guys. They tricked me. Then after that tried to trick me again. I can't believe the nerve. Save yourself from headache.
Carlos was easy to work with and very helpful. They worked to get the car in our price range.
