Poor customer service!!!! Will not recommend! Owner is crazy!
My "go to" coffee venue in downtown Boise- no parking meters, wifi, great staff, fun music- big tables to spread out documents! My "other office". And as a breast cancer survivor BCC's Joe Cans honor survivors & victims in such a positive way! Did I say WAY great Food!!!

I would like to personally thank you for supporting our wonderful officers in blue! My son is a cop and puts his life on the line every time he goes to work. He will even protect people who hate cops because it's his job and he takes it seriously. ( The owner of this shop helped my husband chase down our Cocker at Eagle Island one afternoon. She is a wonderful person to total strangers and her shop has great food! ! ! ) Keep up the good work with both your excellent shop and your support of cops.
Big City is one of Boise's treasures. The pastries and coffee and service are exemplary!! Thanks for all your community support including the support of our local law enforcement.
Today was my first time eating at Big City. My hubby and I met friends for lunch. Friendly staff, great feeling and really good food. The dessert case was drool worthy! We split a chocolate chip pumpkin cookie (Huge)! So good. Love the decor and love that they support our law enforcement.
