Very disappointed in the menu changes. My co-workers and I used to come once a week and after seeing the menu changes have decided not to continue that tradition.

I really dislike the new menu. Big City got rid of the build your own salad, they got rid of the combo baskets, no more chips, no more daily specials. Smaller portions and jacked up prices. No customization. And they deleted my negative comment in their comment section. Can't take the criticism? My coworker and I used to go once a week at least. You've lost regular customers with these horrible changes.

Disappointed in the new menu changes, no homemade chips, can't add anything to my Turkey burger, can I remove stuff from the turkey burger or have it on the side for that matter?? The price jump on the Turkey burger is a bummer as well. Was coming like once a week but will probably be less now!
