Been a fan for over 45 years. Back in the day, mom would drive through the drive through and get an order of pork skins! Lawd, that was eating! Mom would bring them home in a greasy paper sack, put them on a cookie sheet and cover them with hot sauce and salt. Baked them for about an hour and dinner was served! There was a ton of juicy BBQ still left and those skins were out of this world! I still remember her saying at the drive through, "give me two dollars worth of skins" Unreal good!
Wow! Just plain old good fashioned barbecue. Oh, and I absolutely love the coleslaw; is that wasabi?

Made a trip to Disney World with my family and drove through Alabama so I had to stop by Big Bob Gibsons to check out a true legend in the world of BBQ. I was not disappointed. The food was amazing like I would have exoected. When we were leaving I walked around the back to take a look at there smokers when a cook walked out. I explained that I had made a trip down from Michigan to see this place he invited me in to have a quick look at the smokers. Amazing food and even better people. Thanks for an awesome time.

Tonight was NOT our first visit and won't be our last. I just wanted to let you know how great your team is. All my dad wanted for his birthday was Big Bob's so I called this morning and reserved for what I thought was 30 of us. When we arrived they had the section ready for us. I miscounted and told the manager he could seat other guests and gave up 2 of our tables. Long story short we ended up needing those 2 and more. No complaints no attitudes they just made it happen! Great pork and some of the best service I've ever had. ..Reminded me of the old pig shacks where we got BBQ when I was a kid. ...Just needed Sheriff Justice coming in to order his Diablo sandwich and a Dr Pepper.
