It lived up to my every expectation! The chicken is some of the best I've ever had!
Food was ok , I've had better-waitress was ok ... frustrated with cleaning staff while we are eating (5 of us). Sweeping , banging chairs, right in front of our table -yep 3p on Sunday ? Obvious they wanted to go home-Washing windows as we go out - spray us with windex- Cleaning buckets in parking lot �near walkway by the back - Won't be going back-
We got there and after we order, got our drinks and some rolls��, like 7 mins later!! the waitress came back to us to tell us �"hey we don't have any baked potatoes right now, is going to take 30 minutes from now " and we like ��, so, i don't think I will be going back soon. Love the food but took forever for us to eat there!!
I have been all over eating BBQ and Big Bob Gibson has mastered the art! Ad many world championships as he has garnered over the years, I think it shows why he won! The smoky flavor is authentic and outstanding!

We went to this establishment because we seen it on tv and it was given wonderful reviews but when we ate their today all the food was cold and we could not find our waitress to get refills on our drinks. We also seen one of your waitresses drop a plastic lid in the floor then hand it to a customer. Definitely not worth all the hype will not be back. Will tell all our friends and family about the experience.

No better bque anywhere! The French fries are REAL potatoes, just perfect. Love that outside meat, omg was so good.
Not sure how you don't have potatoes at 5:15 on a Friday night.
I have eaten there several times. I haven't tried anything but the Loaded Potato. I especially like the Brisket topping. So good.
I had the pulled pork. I liked the flavor and the sauce was very good, but the meat was just barely warmed. I also tried the chicken and white sauce. I did not care for the white sauce. My house cut fries were cold. The lemon pie was wonderful. My sister had the ribs and they were very good. My daughter had a very large baked potato. It was good also. I LOVE BBQ pork, and wanted to try Big Bob Gibson Bar-B-Que because it made the number one spot in a couple of ratings polls. I can now say that I have done that.
