This is the second time we’ve stopped here for lunch since moving here in January. It’s no wonder they have huge awards decorating this large restaurant! Absolutely fantastic food, and there wasn’t an empty table in the house ( with more waiting to eat). The best BBQ in the country. Had a bbgibson combo. Brisket Ribs and qtr chicken. Chicken with white sauce was awesome. Brisket was perfect amount of spice and smoke. Ribs were amazing. Amazing. We were so excited to eat at the world famous Big Bob Gibson Bar-B-Que. We ordered the meat sampler with mac & cheese. It was some of the worst food I have ever had. All of the meat was so dry, I could not chew it. The chicken was not even edible. The mac & cheese was good, but nothing special.
