Recommendedlong hair and menu as soon as I opened it ... very slow waitress not very nice didn't make eye contact with me... going to leave a small tip I have already set here 10 minutes and she hasn't checked on me once and I still haven't got my order and all that was was a sandwich... she's walked past my table several times never made eye contact or said it would be out soon or nothing
Detoured off the interstate as we drove through town just to take a couple of pounds home with me. We got there 20 minutes after your posted opening time only to be told that the manager had not made it into work yet, so the cashier was unable to open the register. We were also told that they did not know what time the manager would be in. If there was a grade lower than an “f”, I would give it to your establishment.
Excellent experience. Inexpensive, more than enough and satisfying.
I love to eat at Big Bob Gibson and was really looking forward to it today. The food was excellent but the service was awful. Our server disappeared forever and I finally located her sitting down eating. I can honestly say I have never seen that happen. We were there for two hours because of the wait times between the server appearing and disappearing.

Chicken with Big Bob’s Alabama white sauce...incredible! Don’t forget the homemade pies. Big Bob Gibson’s is the BEST!
