RecommendedI live in Utah and Big Bob Gibson’s is my first stop EVERY time I come to town! The BEST beef brisket baked potato! Their Red Sauce is to die for....and who makes HOMEMADE Coconut Pie, yep you got it...Big Bob Gibson’s!!
Great ribs! Mac-n-cheese & green beans were very good. Pie topped off a great meal.
The loaded baked potato with smoked turkey was amazing. Super fast service with wonderful staff. We enjoyed our meal immensely. We will be returning.

Gibson’s was more than happy to serve our party of 20+ on a day that we mourned the loss of a beloved member of our family. Makala was outstanding, working with efficiency and grace. Food was awesome as always. Brisket melted in your mouth and the potato salad and baked beans were delicious. If you love smoked meats Big Bob Gibsons has no equal. It's worth the drive no questions ask.
Best brisket I've ever eaten.
I've been going to Gibson's for years. I've noticed that as the years passed, the service and food have gotten worse. I went to the Gibson's on Danville Road last week. They are so rude and then I get my order and it's wrong which has happened so many times in the past. Very sad that they've gotten to this point.
