I’ve eaten at Big Bob Gibson since i can remember! But here lately a few of the staff have pretty shitty costumer service & are rude . The lady said have a set where ever you like we walked to a table lady stops taken a order to yell it’s reserved i said she said we could sit where we like is there another table that will sit 7 ? She point and then walked past my table and said “ get smart one more time “... this is the 2nd rude worker i have dealt with . We always tip good and of the kids make a mess we clean it up ourselve... read more
