Just had Big Birge help us with a plumbing emergency. Called them this morning and they worked hard to fit us in their schedule. Thanks Katie! Came in a timely manner, were very efficient, friendly and effective. Had us back to normal and able to turn the water back on to our house in a very short amount of time. Will use them for all our future plumbing needs and would recommend them to any of our family and friends.
Would recommend Big Birge to anyone. The whole process from getting estimate to having the work completed was quick and easy. Price was fair and reasonable, plumbers were knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly fixed my water pressure issues without doing more than was needed. Great experience. Thanks Big Birge!
We would highly recommend Big Birge! Every person we dealt with was super nice & answered all of our questions. They replaced all the plumbing inside the house & put in all new bathroom appliances. They arrived when they said they would, did what they said they would & stayed within the contracted amount. Awesome team of pros!!
You guys are great! You replaced a sewer line because of a tree root. The record root of 4 foot and 5 inches long. They do great work and clean up so nicely when done. I am biased also being a sister of Kevin's, but Will and Kevin did a great job. Very efficient!!!! #bestofomaha
I will definetly use and recommend Big Birge plumbing! The guys were great, stuck true to the estimate and cleaned up after themselves!
Update: Everyone at Birge were very generous and refunded my money. I will definitely be calling them again in the future. Below is the original review. I don't doubt the quality of work these guys do; however, their ability to diagnose and fix the problem was lacking in our situation. We had a very serious blockage that was causing water to back up into our kitchen. They didn't snake the line the day services were rendered, and didn't even find the original leak.
