Technician was dirty and unprofessional. He wore shoes in our house, sat at our toddler's small table, and refused to wear a mask at the height of COVID. He wasn't even able to complete the repair he was supposed to do, we had to have a second company actually make the repair.

Our plumber was absolutely clean. He took his shoes off and wore a mask the ENTIRE time. He pulled it down below his nose while under the kitchen sink so his glasses would stop fogging. The homeowner was not even in the room at the time. This customer declined the full service we offered her so we could not fix her sink completely. After her complaint, We gave this customer her money back although we gave her absolutely wonderful service. RecommendedWe had Big Birge out today for an issue. Dennis was a great plumber. He took time to explain what he thought was going on and how he would fix it. He was knowledgeable and wanted to make sure we had what we needed. I couldn’t be more thankful. We are fans of yours from here on out!

We just moved into a house in old Elkhorn, and we've had Big Birge out twice already. Couldn't recommend them more, both experiences were so positive!
Arrived home after being gone for 5 days and discovered our water heater had stopped working. Called Big Birge at 8:00am in the morning and by 3:00pm in the afternoon the same day we had a brand new water heater installed and working properly! Great service and excellent work quality. Highly recommend.

Our water heater stopped working over the weekend. I talked to Big Birge Plumbing first thing Monday morning and they were able to repair it so quickly I had hot water by the time I got home from work! Thank you so much for all your help!
