Big Birge put in a new water line for us and did an amazing job with this extensive project. In fact, the already involved job got even lengthier due to a severe weather day and a surprise buried set of concrete stairs that the team discovered in our yard and that was directly in their path! Just had Big Birge help us with a plumbing emergency. Called them this morning and they worked hard to fit us in their schedule. Thanks Katie! Came in a timely manner, were very efficient, friendly and effective. Had us back to normal and able to turn the water back on to our house in a very short amount of time. Will use them for all our future plumbing needs and would recommend them to any of our family and friends.
Would recommend Big Birge to anyone. The whole process from getting estimate to having the work completed was quick and easy. We would highly recommend Big Birge! Every person we dealt with was super nice & answered all of our questions. They replaced all the plumbing inside the house & put in all new bathroom appliances. They arrived when they said they would, did what they said they would & stayed within the contracted amount. Awesome team of pros!!
