Fast, attentive service from Becca only helped to enhance the heavenly experience of my perfect burger! I was impressed with the tangy homemade ketchup, and the little metal basket that the fries are served in is so kitschy! Add in a spiked Mudslide Milkshake and I was just as happy as a clam! Please open a location in Savannah!!
Great food! Service was excellent and our waitress was super friendly and attentive
We had a great experience from walking in the door. They had a great bartender, Mary was very friendly, fast drink service, even had a great local craft beer. My burger was awesome!!! Manager checked on us and talked with us awhile. Phenomenal food and service, highly recommend!
Ended up staying an extra night in Charleston, thanks to Delta Airlines. They put us up in a horrible hotel with nothing but snacks for food at the bar. So I wandered across the street and found Billy's. Best part of the evening! Awesome food, cold beer and a friendly wait staff. I had an awesome burger and onion rings, topped of by Big Billy Sauce, which I highly recommend!
NEVER AGAIN!! THE MANAGER was RUDE & should be fired! My daughter was to start work in a few days & we came in with her to see what she would need to start. THE MANAGER got RUDE saying it's between him & my daughter. You lost my business & I'm reporting this crappy excuse of a MANAGER to the Better Business Bureau. I'll continue reporting until he's gone BECAUSE that's very unprofessional.
