This was the least stressful move of my entire life. It’s probably because of how super organized these guys were. They were not late once, and they ensured that everything was delivered in great condition. It was amazing! Plus, I did not have to supervise them at all throughout the move. Great work, Big Ben’s, on moving my parents and I to our new home. I couldn’t do any packing before the crew arrived, but that didn’t bother them. They had all the packing material needed and everything was out of the house in a couple of hours. They also did the unpacking, reassembly, and arranging in the new home. Thanks guys!

The customer service here is absolutely phenomenal. Ben called me personally after my initial call to the company. We went through the details of my move, and he scheduled an initial visit to determine the scope of work. He and his employee were at my place the very next day, and they came up with a pretty affordable estimate. This estimate is pretty much what I ended up paying at the end. Plus, they did my move quicker than I had expected.

From the onset, it was clear that the main concern for these guys was the safety of my things. I saw it in the high grade packing material they used to pack up my stuff. It was also in the way they carefully lifted and loaded my things in their sturdy truck. Finally, it was in the way they ensured that everything remained safe while in transit.

Outstanding service at an affordable rate, and that is why I will keep hiring Big Ben’s to handle my moves. They absolutely do not need any form of supervision, they are quick, polite, and very knowledgeable about the handling of different types of goods. I plan on using them for my office relocation since they did such a good job on my house move.
