Vacation to Cheifland fl, our diesel truck needed a EGR val and turbo. Big Bend service dept worked with our extend warranty had the work completed in one week. One minor issue the service dept is hard to reach, but they will return your call.
The service department is lacking a lot of skill and accountability. Unfortunately I know we’re in a small area but simple training and finding quality people could go a long ways for this dealership.
I had a great experience with Big Bend in Chiefland. Tony Crews was very professional and helpful. I found a truck I wanted online and Tony was able to get it transferred in. I got a great price on the new truck and on my trade. I was surprised with how easy it was.
