We stayed at Big Bear for 5 days and 6 nights. I tell you, this place not only have the nicest staff, but the room was very clean. We plan to go back next fall and will defiantly be staying here. Thanks Big Bear for everything!
Don't let the outside fool you. The inside is beautiful. Enough room to move around. If I ever come back I would definitely stay here again. �
We loved it here. Kind, real people at the desk and clean, cabin comfy rooms!! Great place and we all had a great nights sleep! Also their prices were fantastic!
NO amenities and I do mean NO amenities! Only had coffee in the lobby after 7:30 ! Only had one plastic cup in the room ! TV kept going on & off , but they did replace the tv ! So only use this hotel as a LAST RESORT ! The beds were worn out also !

All of our beds are new as of fall 2016, and we offer free horse rides and nightly entertainment every evening in the summer now too. RecommendedThis place is great. Super clean and excellent customer service. I left my ID and I'm from out of state, but they found it and mailed it to me immediately. They were always really friendly every time I called asking questions as well!
So this was my first time going to Yellowstone. My kids and I stayed here and absolutely loved it. Very quiet and the staff was friendly. It's very close to a lot of different types of food. It's less than a hr drive to Yellowstone.
