RecommendedThis place is great! The staff are all so friendly and helpful - they certainly score high in the customer service department! When we booked a room, we didn't even know about the evening entertainment and horse rides! Additionally, the staff "intentionally cooked extra food this evening so we could share it with it guests." Who does that?!? And the room was very clean! Our family highly recommends this place!

Super clean, extremely friendly people, beautiful mountain view, peaceful environment, awesome authentic western breakfast places walking distance, (huge, deep and heated pool) and affordable prices!!! We enjoyed the scenic drive to Yellowstone daily during our stay at Big Bear!!!♥️ Our kids loved the western charm and playground too!! Highly recommend this place!! We would totally stay here again during our next Yellowstone visit:)
Very clean rooms and pet friendly.
The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The gentleman at the desk was friendly, even though it was 2:30 am and we had to wake him up. We would stay again if given the chance.
