Loved that it is family run! Felt right at home when we showed up after midnight the first night to greeting of "you must be the late night Lee's". Feels homey, but private at the same time. We stayed in one of the cabins in the back by the horses. So much fun for the kids to walk out and see horses every morning and I loved the view! Free pony rides and entertainment top it all off! Would absolutely stay here again in the future! My favorite lodging on our 2 week long road trip!
What ever we needed we got. Pool was great. Room was clean and my husband slept like a log (he suffers from insomnia). Had pony rides and on of the staff has experience working with handicapped people with the horses. My boy who is handicapped was able to ride his first ever horse! One more thing...the live music and the little pow wow that the crow nation put on that evening was AMAZING. Best place to stay, we worked in Yellowstone for 20 years, starting saying at Big Bear 96, changed owners couple times! Then Bill Holly and family bought it , they have improved and making it the best place to stay in Cody in my opinion. If you like clean mom and pop motel where u can still pull up in front if your room this is the Tops! Might be little bias but after all the years they aren't blood family but they are family to me! Good People with some Awesome kids I've watched grow! 5 rating
