Imagine picking this facility for your birthday weekend to find out the heater isn’t working, the plumbing is broken, and the service takes hours to respond, if at all. If you’re looking for an experience where you’re neglected and left to wonder if they will fix your plumbing or heater- this is for you.
We had a great time. The cabin was great. We felt like we were at home. The staff very friendly & professional. Definitely coming back!
Was in really bad shape. Things were falling apart and unsafe really to stay in. Backdoor could hardly open and the fireplace was falling out of the frame. Beds smelled strongly of BO. Very disappointing. We would not go back or recommend. Called when we left and they refunded 50 of 300 spent. Save your money and look for something else.

The staff was helpful in getting us into our cabin. Once here we found that the cabin had more stairs than any other home known to man. This killed me a cancer survivor with a prosthetic leg and a 14 year old Black Lab with arthritis. The coffee maker didn't work, none of the TVs in the bedrooms worked and we had to make a stand out of bricks the make the propane tank reach the hose. Not sure I will book with cool cabins again they seem more concerned on making the cabins look more appealing than they really are.
