They double booked our cabin and switched us to another. The cabin was filthy which was extremely upsetting during a pandemic and after they had been shut down. Laundry in the dryer, food stuck on dishes in the cabinets, trash around the house, garbage bags piled up in back (even though it's against city ordinances and they charge if you don't remove your own trash) and blood stains on the sheets. i was in the cabin Cardinal ridge and i love this place. very recommend. is very clean and have all on the cabin the kitchen is amazing.
