I recommend Big Al’s Roofing because even though there was a few hiccups in between, in the end Big Al’s roofing was extremely professional and precise and answered to all my questions and concerns. Their sales rep Oscar was the ultimate human and a great person to interact with which helped me in every way possible. A superb representative!! My review today is for the initial process of roof repair… the owner was always in prompt contact with me. He answered all of my questions professionally and sent out his guys quickly to do an estimate. He also sent out his guys to do the job right away after I approved the job. I had a great experience working with Big Al’s Roofing and would highly recommend their services. From the initial quote to the final inspection, the entire process was smooth sailing. The pricing was fair, the quote was thoroughly explained (no surprises), and the job was completed within a few days.
