Alvaro and team re-roofed my house and did a great job coming through with everything discussed. Alvaro was available at anytime to address any questions. I would highly recommend Big Al’s Roofing.
Excellent Customer Service!!! Al came out same day with in an hour, did a full inspection on my roof no charge!! He was very honest and said I didn’t need a roof, he took his time and explained everything to me! Excellent service!! Highly recommend!! Thank you!!!

I recommend Big Al’s Roofing because even though there was a few hiccups in between, in the end Big Al’s roofing was extremely professional and precise and answered to all my questions and concerns. Their sales rep Oscar was the ultimate human and a great person to interact with which helped me in every way possible. A superb representative!! My review today is for the initial process of roof repair… the owner was always in prompt contact with me. He answered all of my questions professionally and sent out his guys quickly to do an estimate. He also sent out his guys to do the job right away after I approved the job. The roofer that came seemed knowledgeable, honest, and with experience. He did the job he was sent to do.
