I was calling as a new patient, the person answering the phone was not someone that should be answering. Unfriendly and not receptive to answering any questions. I’m sure they loose many new patients that is caused by the person answering the phone. What a shame, I will find someone else.

Dr Gina Lagnese is the best, knowledgeable, supportive and very thorough.
This is not my first visit here. First time I waited over 90 minutes and was told over and over “you’re next” while people who came in after me, were seen before me. My second visit here, the same thing. If you value your time, find a different office. The staff is friendly, but it seems like they’re more interested in socializing at the desk than getting patients in on time for their visits.
