Hate dentist or teeth appointments but I always feel comfortable and at ease when I visit Biddeford Saco Dental!
Have someone to pull teeth out if possible.
Vicky is an excellent dental hygenist. She always provides me friendly and courteous service.
I made a follow up appointment for the dentist to perform some work. This went very smoothly. When I got home, there was a message sent out saying my dentist was moving, and there would be new ones here. Could you have told me this when I was making the appointment? Perhaps I would have felt more comfortable hearing this information.

Vickie is outstanding. She has maade me comfortable since the first time I came in. She is friendly, curtious, and kind. She is an asset to your company. Nadine always greets me with a smile too. Your office is wonderful.
Right from my first call the staff were helpful, I LOVE how you are using email and texting for appointment reminders. My hygienist Vickie was knowledgeable, pleasant and overall made me feel good and I left with a plan I felt good about. I had been with my previous dentist for 20+ years and after my appt at your office, I thought why didn't I switch sooner? I have been going to Biddeford Saco Dental for close to five years and have never felt as in good hands as I do with Dr. Ingersoll and his staff. I have always lived in fear of going to the dentist - that is until I started going to Dr. Ingersoll. I now am totally relaxed about getting my teeth examined!
Refreshing to have my situation explained and not feeling like I am being judged. This had been the main reason why I never liked going to the dentist.
