This year I was reminded of my appointment by text message and email both. I don't think there was a phone call, but after the first two I wouldn't have been surprised. I'd appreciate only being reminded once, and I prefer email.

Asking one's patients to rate a dental visit as if it's a movie seems unprofessional.
I felt very welcomed and comfortable. I don't remember my hygienist's name (I remember that her daughter is a former New England Patriots cheerleader) but she was extremely nice. She was very knowledgeable and recommended some great options for me. I would definitely recommend your practice and will return in 6 months!

I met Dr. Lindsay. She seems awesome. I will miss Dr. Ingersoll a lot. My suggestion - Drop your prices 96%......lol

I am not a fan of the dentist period, however I really have no complaints at all about my visit. The staff was great and Dr. kelly was very nice.
