Having not received the letter notifying me of a change in practitioner, it would have been appropriate for the new dentist to introduce himself. I had forgotten his name by the next day. Luckily have an appointment card with name on it.

I already spoke about this to the receptionist. In Fall '12, I received dozens of notifications for my appointment by text and email and requested to receive just one notification. Then, I missed an appointment in March because I didn't receive any reminders/notifications at all. For this most recent appointment, I didn't receive a notification until 2pm (for a 4pm visit).
