First time I have had to wait that long past appointmant time. Check in office should speak to patient at least 10 min past appointment to explain situation and how long more the wait might be. Expecting that his was a rare occurance and can be overlooked this tiem. Thanks for the opportunity to comment.

Excellent service, pro staff
Rochelle did a great job and was quite pleasant and efficient. It was nice to meet Dr. Roskelley and I look forward to meeting the other Dr. Roskelley down the road. All told, a good experience.
We always get great care. The wait time for an appointment is expected. Things happen to make things get delayed or back up. It is no big deal to us.
The dental assistant was great very good at her job!
