Prompt response to urgent needs.
Just my 6 month cleaning & checkup, but included a full set of digital X-rays. It was great as all activity occurred from one chair, and I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Everyone was very friendly and courteous, and long term dental concerns and options were thoroughly reviewed. I really love the early morning appointments too, as it helps to minimize the impact to my work schedule.
Lovely people. No frills like some "dental arts" types of places, but frankly I don't want to pay for excess. This place gets the job done, quickly and professionally. That is what is important to me.
Everyone at Biddeford Saco Dental is extremely helpful and friendly. My dental hygienist Karen, takes the time to explain what she is going to do and always provides exceptional care to my family and I.
I had a cleaning appointment and I was even taken in a few minutes early! I love my dental hygienist! She's so friendly, efficient and I always feel comfortable! Dr. RosKelly is excellent too! Great experience as usual!
Appointment scheduling is great, and I always get the impression they're trying to get us in as soon as possible (when we have to change from our regularly scheduled 6-month visits); care is great, staff is friendly, and every effort is made to make all of us feel taken care of, including my kinda sensitive little one! Thank you!
My appointment on 2/9/16 was excellent. Vickie Basile is the best. No complaints. I am very lucky to have Vickie on my side. Dr. Kelley is also the very best. Highly recommend to everyone.

My experience at my appointment to have my teeth cleaned was excellent. The cleaning went well and the x-rays didn't hurt as much as they have in the past (I have a difficult time biting down on the films usually). I met with a different dentist for an evaluation and process description and he was very nice and informative and patient with me (I'm a chicken when it comes to anything other than a cleaning).
